HUIBAO website purchases may be returned for a product refund when the return is requested within 30 days of purchase. For Amazon or other retailer orders, start your request with that retailer.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when it appears in your account. Any separately purchased expedited delivery is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
